The detailed steps for thesis defense of graduate students in Henan University College of Medicine.

1.The thesis defense notice is separately issued by university in March and September.

2.Graduates should register for defense by filling related forms.

3.The thesis draft must be reviewed by supervisor for the quality of paper.

4. The School of Graduate Study takes plagiarism inspection for the quality by online tool.

5. Thesis is reviewed by the Shool of Basic Medicine for quality.

6. The thesis will be reviewed by 3 experts out of university.

7. If the thesis passed all the steps then it is qualified for formal defense.

8. The pre-defense will be held by the laboratory.

9. The formal defense will be organized and reviewed by 5 professors including one from other institution.

10. The defense results of all studens are approved by School Committee of Degree Evaluation.

11.The defense results should be approved by Henan University Committee of Degree Evaluation.
