刘红霞，女，复旦大学放射医学博士，河南大学口腔医学院副教授，英国伦敦玛丽女王大学Barts肿瘤研究所和Blizard神经研究所国家公派访问学者，河南省青年托举人才。任河南省数理医学学会理事、中国医药卫生文化协会医工交叉融合分会委员。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目等7项科研及教改课题，近年发表SCI论文10余篇。
研究方向：肿瘤放射敏感性和正常组织的辐射损伤机制研究；放射性口腔黏膜损伤机制研究。
